Dear Web Master: If you built this site then this email is for you. If you didn't build it then perhaps you could send this on to the uneedapart people. I've been using the uneedapart web site and I really like it. I've been to about a dozen different sites for used auto parts, some of them, like yours, provide the request to salvage yards from all over and some of the sites were specific to one salvage company. However, they all ask for the same beginning information. What I found so great about your site was your parts selection list. Yours is the only site that listed the parts I wanted. No other sites had the parts listed and no other sited even gave me an "other" to select from. So, I ended up selecting something close to what I wanted then when it allowed me to add comments I explained that I didn't want what I had selected on the previous page, and then described what I really wanted. It is so rare and yet so nice, to find a web site that is easy to use and does what it should do. Your site was great. It attracts the customer and it doesn't frustrate the customer. Just want you guys to know that I have been more than completely satisfied with the responsiveness of your member yards and quality of the parts I have received through Uneedapart.com . Uneedapart suppliers are professionals who provide not only what they promise but usually more than requested. A typical example was a recent purchase of a bracket for my Ford Probe purchased from KEROGERS@AOL.COM. When the part came is was clean, lubricated andeven included the mounting hardware!!! It was promised for Tuesday, but was delivered on Monday. Anyway, count me one satisfied customer who will tell all his junker buddies where to get their hard to find used auto parts.
