| Pete Sindone: Founded, designed, & setup UNAP. Pete has 35 years in the Auto Dismantling business, & 3
years Internet experience. Interests are Auto Racing, Freshwater Bass Fishing. Pete's a 7 time Figure 8 champion, 1 time Demolition champion, & 1999 New York State Big Bass Championship state winner.
He is General Manager of All American Auto Wrecker in Long Island, New York. Pete put UNAP together with his 2 partners Mike & Sam Cestaro, long time friends. Together they want the best Auto Parts
Locator on the Internet.

| Mike Cestaro: Helped to design UNAP, also has 20 years in Auto Dismantling business, & is
the owner of All American Auto Wreckers with his brother Sam. They together with Pete's help put together one of NY's finest Auto Wreckers. Interests are having
fun selling auto parts, playing Racquetball; local champion. He also coaches Football, enjoys Baseball, & most of all his family.

with partner & brother Mike. Sam has 20 years in the Auto Dismantling business. He is an all around man, whos interests are Lacrosse, Football, Baseball,
and his family.
